All purchases on the Platform are prepaid and non-refundable except in specific cases listed below.

Non-Refundable Items

• Delivered traffic (impressions/clicks)
• Traffic filtered as invalid or fraudulent
• Advertiser configuration mistakes

Eligible Refund Cases

• Technical issue preventing ad delivery
• Duplicate payments caused by system error

Processing Time

• Refunds take 7–14 business days
• Payment gateway charges are non-refundable
